Our Fireside Chat on 21st March 2025 was truly special! As part of #IWD2025 and in partnership with Women of Hong Kong – people from all walks of life gathered to celebrate women’s empowerment and #AccelerateAction to make a difference in the Migrant Domestic Worker (MDW) community in Hong Kong.
An enormous thanks to our speakers – Sarah Vee, Crisel Consunji and Isabelle Daza – for an insightful, inspiring conversation.
Also a big shout-out to our incredible Ambassadors, MDW community leaders – Mardy Casa, Xyrille Maqui, Lorna Pagaduan and Ailenemae Ramos – for hosting the meaningful Human Library; and for enabling us to gain new understanding, appreciation towards the MDW community.
We truly hope the evening has inspired many to reflect, take action on how they could positively impact the 360,000 MDWs in our city!
