PathFinders recently joined the International Conference on Cohesive Societies (ICCS) in Singapore, a great opportunity to learn about regional efforts to build and sustain communities that value diversity and equal inclusion.

Despite recognition in Hong Kong as ethnic minorities and for their significant economic contributions, Migrant Domestic Workers often don’t enjoy equal employment and social security entitlements provided by law.

At the Conference we heard from renowned, political, academic, industry, and faith leaders, who examined the responsibility of states and individuals to materially and culturally invest in pluralism. We look forward to applying these learnings to the unique work we do at PathFinders supporting mothers and children in the context of labour and irregular migration in Hong Kong.
