A four-week extension to statutory maternity leave came into force on Friday, meaning expectant mothers can now take 14 weeks off work, rather than ten. That's good news for most women. But an NGO warns the extension could end up costing migrant workers their jobs. Catherine Gurtin, the CEO of PathFinders spoke to Violet Wong.
