Kylie Uebergang

Cofounder and Executive Director

As a cofounder and director of PathFinders, Kylie is involved in operational activities as well as strategy and development. 
 
Driven by a strong interest in the community, Kylie is also the Chief Financial Officer of Civic Exchange, a Hong Kong-based public policy think tank. Prior to working with non-profit organisations, Kylie worked in Corporate Advisory Services in Melbourne, Vancouver and Hong Kong.
 
Kylie was born in Australia and has been living in Hong Kong since 1999. She is a qualified Chartered Accountant.
 

Melissa Mowbray-d’Arbela

Cofounder and Director

As a cofounder and director of PathFinders, Melissa advocates for the rights of children and migrant women. 
 
Melissa is also a director of Mother’s Choice, which provides care to babies in need of permanent homes as well as single girls facing crisis pregnancies. An astute businesswoman, she is also the CEO and a board member of Filligent Limited, a Hong Kong-based biotechnology company.
 
Melissa was born in Australia and obtained her Juris Doctorate from New York University. She has been living in Hong Kong since 1995. 
 

Ranjan Marwah

Chair, Board of Directors and Cofounder

As a director of PathFinders, Ranjan advises on overall strategy, bringing with him a wealth of experience and knowledge.
 
Ranjan was also a cofounder and long-time director of Mother's Choice. He has also worked for the ICAC and established a number of businesses across Asia, becoming a pioneer in helping individuals reach their potential through creative executive search and career counselling.
 
Ranjan was born in New Delhi. He has lived in Hong Kong since 1971, when he first arrived as a news reporter.
 

Mimi Au 

Director

Mimi is a retired health manager with rich advocacy experience and a strong commitment to the rights of children, especially orphaned children.

She was born in HK and left as a teenager to study and work in the United Kingdom and Canada. 

In Canada, she worked as a registered nurse, a certified midwife and counsellor.  Followin this, in the United Kingdom, she was a health consultant and a student advisor for Cambridge University.  Most recently she successfully advocated for babies and children through her supervisory position at a local orphanage in Hong Kong. 

Jennifer Lee-Shoy

Director

As a director of PathFinders, Jennifer works with the Case Managers on legal issues relating to PathFinders' clients and with Kylie on operational and policy issues.

Prior to joining PathFinders, Jennifer was a partner of a law firm in Hong Kong, specialising in arbitration and commercial litigation. Jennifer also worked as a social worker in Sydney.

Jennifer was born in Fiji and obtained her Bachelor of Social Work and Bachelor of Laws degrees in Australia. She has lived in Hong Kong since 1992.

Nancy Lee

Development Manager

 

Luna Chan

Chief Operations Officer

As chief of operations Luna manages and oversees operations and client programs. 

Born in Beijing and raised in Hong Kong, Luna obtained her Bachelor's degree in Australia.  She began working in business advisory services in Hong Kong in 1998 as is a Certified Public Accountant.  Luna recently completed social science studeis at the University of Hong Kong and hopes to continue her education in the field of social welfare and psychology so that she is better equipped to serve Hong Kong's vulnerable communities.  

Ada Yip

Case Manager

As a Case Manager, Ada works with Luna and Lia to navigate clien case work and network with other service providers. She is a Registered Social Worker and recently obtained a Masters in Clinical Social Work at The Chinese University of Hong Kong.

A Hong Kong native, Ada obtained her Bachelor's degree in Canada and began working in Canada prior to moving back to Hong Kong in 2007.  Since then she has experience in working with migrants, minorities and asylum seekers. 

Lia Ngatini

Assistant Case Manager 

As Assistant Case Manager, Lia is directly involved in the day-to-day client focussed operations at PathFinders.
 
Lia has experience working with Indonesian migrant women.  She was born in Indonesian and has worked in both Singapore and Hong Kong. 
 

Caroline Andhika

Program Officer 

Caroline provides support for our client programs, manages in-kind donations and volunteers, and oversees operational logistics for our centre and shelter.

Prior to joining PathFinders, Caroline worked in research, business development and advertising.  She obtained her Bachelors in Commerce in Beijing and her Master's in marketing management in London.

After taking time off to care for her family, Caroline is now committed to making a difference in the NGO community.
