A: Migrant workers including foreign domestic helpers can make a claim for matters relating to:

Q: If my claim cannot be resolved through conciliation, where are my claims referred?
A: If the claim is for less than HK$8,000, it may be referred to the Minor Employment Claims Adjudication Board, which is a division of the Labour Department.
Unresolved claims for HK$8,000 or more will be referred to the Labour Tribunal, which is a statutory body established under the Labour Tribunal Ordinance (Chapter 25 of the Laws of Hong Kong) to handle claims arising from breaches of employment contracts.
