Career Opportunities

We are currently seeking special people to fill the following positions:

Volunteers

We need volunteers with a passion to help, who truly believe that all are created equal and that every child deserves a chance to lead the best life they can.

  • Lawyers, Medical Practitioners and Social Workers.  As every client entering into the PathFinders system has her own set of unique and complex problems, a rich pool of professional volunteers with their expert advice is very necessary.
  • Counsellors.  The emotional needs of our clients form the foundations which guide them out of hiding and into making emplowered life choices for themselves and their babies.
  • Becoming a Buddy to a migrant family. Working closely with our Case Managers, we introduce volunteers to a migrant family with whom they can plan and implement life goals and activities.  We are particularly keen to attract Indonesian volunteers who are willing to act as buddies.
  • Indonesian Translation to English or Cantonese is always necessary for discussions with clients as well as the preparation of documents.
  • In order for PathFinders to work efficiently in the frontline, we also need a variety of back office support in these areas:

    - Quality controllers

    - Web/graphic designers

    -  Fundraising and /or function organizers

    -  Writers

    -  policy researchers

    -  Database and /or media content development consultants

    -  University interns

    -  Brainy people who love multi-faceted challenges and have the time to do so

Share with us your ideas on how to help distressed migrant women and their children, and we can work towards achieving this together.
